July Wrap Up 2022

What I Read In July:

twin crowns the inadequate heir the twice scorned lady of shadow
Twin Crowns (Twin Crowns #1) by Katherine Webber and Catherine Doyle – YA FANTASY – 4 STARS

I really liked Twin Crowns, I enjoyed reading about the witches and their magic and how they were cast out. I liked seeing the dual perspective of the sisters as they both come from opposite sides.

The Inadequate Heir (The Bridge Kingdom #3) by Danielle L. Jensen – ADULT/NEW ADULT FANTASY ROMANCE – 4 STARS

This book follows two different main characters that were in a few scenes in the first two books and it also takes place around the same time as those books. I was surprised at how much I liked Zarrah and Keris as characters and I was intrigued by their relationship.

The Twice-Scorned Lady of Shadow (The Guild Codex: Unveiled #3) by Annette Marie – ADULT/NEW ADULT URBAN FANTASY – 4 STARS

I liked how we get more information about what happened to both Zak and Saber ten years previously and how these revelations affect their relationship in the present time. I also liked reading the cameos of some of the guild members in this book.
